Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and cultivate a positive, trusting rapport with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop customized treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals and groups, employing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s specific challenges.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through regular meetings and assessments to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate referrals for clients with diverse needs.

• Stay updated on best practices in mental health, including recent developments in addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT at Infinite Ties Wellness will involve working closely with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and issues related to substance use. You will play a vital role in their mental health journey, empowering them to overcome challenges in their personal and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the applicable state.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
