Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to establish baseline mental health functioning.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Respond to and manage crisis situations effectively, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate support.

• Maintain detailed regulatory-compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries for each client.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding and management of mental health issues.

• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure holistic patient care.

• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes through assessments to measure efficacy and refine therapeutic approaches as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
