This position is fully remote, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their homes while connecting with clients through secure digital platforms. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one virtual therapy sessions, employing tailored approaches to address individual client needs.

• Assess clients' emotional and mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to facilitate effective counseling.

• Facilitate client discussions centered around coping strategies, personal development, and emotional regulation.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation consistent with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Our clients come from varied backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting, utilizing software tools for virtual engagement (e.g., Zoom, Doxy.me).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients through digital platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
