Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, enabling flexibility while allowing you to support students and families in different locations, particularly those in school environments. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough behavioral health psychosocial assessments of clients.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Providing case management for assigned patients, coordinating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure seamless care.
• Identifying and responding to crisis situations, such as child abuse allegations or acute mental health emergencies.
• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the achievement of health goals.
• Researching and connecting families with community resources, including healthcare services, educational support, and social services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client base for this role consists of students and their families, encountering various life challenges such as academic stress, family transitions, trauma, or mental health disorders. As an LCSW, you will be an advocate for your clients, utilizing your skills to navigate and connect them to appropriate resources, ultimately promoting their emotional and psychological resilience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation is REQUIRED.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health or clinical context, preferably within a school or community health setting.
• Strong capacity for assessment and evaluation, including experience with psychosocial history and suicide risk assessment.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities catering to individuals, groups, and families, with a solid grounding in evidence-based practices.
• A basic understanding of community resources and the ability to navigate the social services landscape effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Veterans or a demonstrated understanding of issues affecting this population.
• Familiarity with teletherapy technologies and electronic health record systems.
• Skills in trauma-informed care and cultural competency.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
