Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their personal needs, goals, and preferences, enabling their engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address and manage mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to encourage proactive involvement in their care journey.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in symptoms or goals.
