Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and challenges to create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to suit diverse patient backgrounds and needs.

• Collaborate with clinical providers, family members, and other stakeholders to enhance treatment effectiveness through shared insights and strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy notes in accordance with relevant policies and legal requirements.

• Participate actively in continuous professional development activities, including training workshops and team meetings, to refine skills and stay abreast of current therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
