Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient clinic in Millstone Township, which offers a sleek and well-equipped facility designed for comfort and efficiency. The clinic operates with a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will manage a reasonable patient load in a collaborative environment that includes other healthcare professionals, ensuring you have the time and resources necessary to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical conditions, identifying specific areas in need of rehabilitation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that leverage a range of therapeutic techniques, including hands-on therapy and tailored therapeutic exercises.
• Implement treatment strategies that actively engage and motivate patients, facilitating their recovery process.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractic doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to coordinate care and enhance patient treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation using CureMD EMR software, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and optimal continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will primarily treat adults aged 40-65 who present with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including joint pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal issues. Your approach will be holistic, respecting the unique challenges and goals of each patient, while also emphasizing education and self-management practices to empower them throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid New Jersey PT license or eligibility is required for practice in the state.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teammates.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedics setting is preferred, though we welcome applications from new graduates eager to learn and make a difference.
• Demonstrated competency in patient engagement methods and a passion for delivering high-quality hands-on care.

Compensation and Benefits

Your dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually, coupled with an attractive benefits package.
