Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, including diagnostic assessments and intake processes.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities that best suit each client.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues or emergencies.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, including case discussions and treatment reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Life Matters Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse patient population that encompasses individuals with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, life challenges, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clients may include adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, behavioral disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
