Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering short-term, evidence-based therapeutic interventions through live video sessions to meet the unique needs of patients.
\n
• Utilizing our innovative Blended Care Therapy model, which combines video therapy with interactive digital lessons aimed at enhancing patient engagement and learning.
\n
• Conducting thorough assessments of patients’ emotional and mental health to develop individualized treatment plans and interventions.
\n
• Monitoring patient progress and outcomes by assigning relevant digital content, assessments, and activities between video sessions.
\n
• Participating in peer quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of care and therapeutic effectiveness.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing clinical training, consultation meetings, and professional development to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with adult and adolescent clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our hospice care approach is focused on providing comfort and support, addressing issues related to grief, loss, and emotional distress, particularly in end-of-life scenarios. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients navigate these sensitive situations with dignity and support.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Master’s degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited institution.
\n
• An unrestricted license as an LCSW, LISW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT, Psychologist (PhD/PsyD), or LMHC/LCMHC without any current or past disciplinary action.
\n
• Experience in providing evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
\n
• Prior experience in delivering therapy via video platforms, with a demonstrated ability to maintain a full clinical caseload.
\n
• An established practice of being a full-time resident of the United States.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are desirable:

• Experience working with hospice or palliative care clients and understanding of their specific mental health needs.

• A background in facilitating telehealth services and familiarity with various digital therapeutic tools and applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
