Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to diagnose mental health conditions and establish individualized treatment plans inclusive of cultural relevant practices and patient-specific needs.

• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment notes, progress reports, and other clinical paperwork using the latest technology in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Support safe practices by anticipating risk factors and intervening in areas critical to patient safety and symptom management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is to support individuals and families affected by substance use disorders and mental health challenges. The LCSW will provide therapy in a virtual outpatient setting, addressing a range of issues such as addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n
