Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a home care setting, assessing needs and progress related to injuries, diseases, or surgical recovery.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize a diverse range of therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking responses to treatment and adapting plans to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Instruct and train patients, caregivers, and family members on proper usage of assistive devices and effective physical therapy techniques to ensure a seamless recovery process.
