Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Mindset Mastery, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be expected to apply a culturally competent framework to your practice, recognizing and respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two years of practical experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in an outpatient context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
