Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with each client.

• Delivering individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs and circumstances, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Creating therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and tracking their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Providing teletherapy options for clients seeking virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility challenges or living in remote areas.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards within the mental health field.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and stay updated on emerging mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. We strive to provide a culturally competent approach, understanding the unique contexts and backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preferred master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in addressing clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in community health settings or tele-health platforms will be viewed favorably, as will those who have specialized training in therapeutic techniques addressing trauma, addiction, or family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
