As part of our remote outpatient office, you will engage in a flexible work setting that emphasizes a balanced work-life approach. Team members typically work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate patients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that encourage support and understanding among individuals facing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to promote cohesive and integrated care for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to enhance their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies for improved patient outcomes.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to ensure high-quality therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. Therapists will work with clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, from children and adolescents facing anxiety and depression to adults grappling with more complex personality disorders or substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and a robust therapeutic approach.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, providing therapeutic services in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Flow Psychological Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
