This role focuses on construction-related invoice processing and requires both strong AP fundamentals and analytical thinking. You will work with invoices that are partially processed through an AI-supported system, requiring review, validation, and adjustments to ensure accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

- Process construction-related invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review AI-processed invoices and make necessary corrections
- Perform invoice coding and data entry
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Prioritize workload to meet daily productivity expectations
- Invoice Processing & Reconciliation team
- Vendor Relationship Management team
- Experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and invoice coding
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle non-routine and analytical invoice review
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Oracle Fusion Experience and Excel
