Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Architect

Location: San Francisco About Architect Capital Architect Capital is a San Francisco-based multi-strategy investment firm specialized in building novel financial infrastructure across asset classes. About the Role Architect Capital is seeking a highly capable Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team while owning day-to-day office operations. This is a sophisticated, high-responsibility role that blends executive support, office management, and cross-functional project work. This individual will serve as an extension of the CEO by anticipating needs, managing complex workflows, keeping the office running smoothly, and ensuring high-priority initiatives move forward. The ideal candidate brings exceptional judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our San Francisco office. Responsibilities Manage complex and dynamic calendars for the CEO and senior leadership, including scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics. Support key internal processes, including leadership meetings, off-sites, reporting cycles, and strategic planning sessions. Serve as a professional, reliable point of contact for internal teams, LPs, portfolio companies, and external partners. Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism. Own day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination. Manage office budgets, expense tracking, and invoice processing for office-related spend. Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, equipment, access). Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and firm gatherings. Maintain a welcoming, well-functioning office environment and greet guests and visitors. Lead and/or support special projects across investment, operations, and investor relations teams, including diligence preparation, vendor selection, and strategic communications. Improve organizational effectiveness by building and refining internal systems, documentation, and communication flows. Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of project milestones. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, finance, or business operations. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Comfort acting autonomously and driving projects forward independently. High degree of integrity, entrepreneurship, and professional maturity.
