Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring an accurate understanding of their needs and backgrounds.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual and family therapy sessions, tailored to patient-specific goals and identified needs.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation by completing billing tasks, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within designated time frames.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis and safety plans, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans, to support patients in maintaining stable functional levels.

• Create personalized discharge plans that encourage continued care and support as patients transition out of therapy programs.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training, continuing education, and case consultation meetings.
\n
• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training in a timely manner to uphold professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensing.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of California.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in remote therapy practices.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
