Hope Life Love Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Cypress, Florida. Work Environment

You will be working primarily onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Cypress, Florida. Our facility is designed to accommodate a variety of physical therapy modalities and rehabilitative interventions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions to determine their physical therapy needs in a home care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using an array of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive technology.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress, reassessing goals, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Document and maintain accurate records of each patient's treatment progress, benefits received, and clinicians' observations to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and the proper use of assistive devices to optimize recovery and independence.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and engage in professional development to stay current with advances in physical therapy practice.
• Contribute to evidence-based practice through participation in research or quality improvement projects.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range from young children to elderly adults, each with unique needs stemming from various conditions including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. You will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services tailored to individual abilities and recovery goals, focusing on enabling patients to achieve optimal functionality and autonomy.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interactions and documentation.
• Proficiency in computer systems for documentation and therapy scheduling.
• Flexibility to adapt to patient needs and clinic requirements.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a physical therapy setting is required.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation facility or home care environment is preferred.
• Strong skills in developing treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits
