Senior Commercial Counsel - AI & Enterprise Deals
Doist
Asana is seeking a Lead Commercial Counsel to support the Commercial Legal team with a focus on the StackAI business. You will partner with sales and cross‑functional stakeholders to draft, negotiate and advise on outbound commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts and AI terms.
You will also lead integration work for the newly acquired StackAI entity, shape scalable playbooks, and train sales teams while staying current on evolving global laws and regulatory shifts.
