Senior Commercial Counsel for AI & Enterprise Deals
Neura Market
Scale's Legal team is seeking an experienced commercial attorney to support the Enterprise unit in negotiating complex revenue deals and enterprise licensing agreements. You will work across sales, product, and engineering to close deals with Fortune 500 clients and craft data processing arrangements that scale globally.
You bring a NY bar admission with 5+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience, and a collaborative, pragmatic approach to advising on legal risk within an AI context.
