Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and their families, ensuring an accurate understanding of their mental health needs. Deliver evidence-based individual and family therapy tailored to the specific circumstances and challenges that patients face. Maintain meticulous documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring that all records are completed within established timelines. Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans when necessary, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that promote sustained client stability. Assist in creating discharge plans that outline the future steps for clients post-therapy, facilitating a smooth transition from therapeutic services. Stay updated with federal and state laws alongside NEHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all therapeutic activities. Commit to professional growth through ongoing training and continuing education to enhance therapy skills and knowledge. Actively engage in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and influence the therapeutic community. Complete all requisite licensure maintenance and mandatory training to uphold professional standards. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your approach will be rooted in empathy and the understanding that each patient's background and experiences significantly shape their mental health journey. By employing a collaborative therapeutic relationship, you will empower clients to take active roles in their recovery. Qualifications A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field. Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in outpatient therapeutic settings or those familiar with teletherapy practices will be highly regarded. Demonstrated experience working with a wide range of mental health issues will also be beneficial. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with licensure and experience.
