Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building and maintaining rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Schedule and conduct regular virtual sessions to assess client progress, address concerns, and evaluate discharge readiness when appropriate.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to monitor their mental health and goals.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client in compliance with organizational standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to inform treatment planning and establish a foundational relationship with new clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, encompassing adults, children, and families seeking mental health support. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional challenges, you will provide tailored counseling to individuals from varying backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency and comfort with digital tools and software, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, and PIMSY for case management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance. Our compensation model follows a fee-for-service structure with guaranteed rates that ensure prompt payment without delays associated with reimbursement.
