Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand each client's unique mental health needs, leading to the formulation of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide clinical therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, tailoring approaches based on client goals and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, encouraging effective communication and personal disclosures to promote healing and understanding.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Document and maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, while regularly updating treatment plans based on client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of our clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, resources, and treatment pathways, advocating for their rights and needs throughout their treatment journey.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
