Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to establish diagnoses and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that address client needs and goals.

• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 client sessions per week, facilitating both in-person and Telehealth counseling options as needed.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions according to company standards, including assessments, treatment progress, and case notes, ensuring timely and precise record-keeping.

• Work closely with case managers, families, educational staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to treatment and ensure that all aspects of a client's care are managed effectively.

• Engage in clinical supervision and participate actively in our scheduled staff meetings and training programs to contribute to ongoing professional development and team synergy.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, encouraging clients to not only reach but exceed their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Candidates must possess a current LMFT PA clinical license.
\n
• Experience in clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment planning, is essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and team members.
\n
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional boundaries with clients is crucial for this role.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with Valant experience considered advantageous.
\n
• An ability to pass a criminal background check is mandatory.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous telehealth experience can be beneficial, particularly in adapting therapeutic methods to a virtual platform.

• Knowledge of culturally responsive practices when working with diverse populations is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus. In addition to a robust pay structure, therapists will have access to professional development resources, including a Continuing Education Library (CEUs).
