Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trustful relationships with clients through empathy and understanding.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with effective time-management abilities to support caseload management.

• A non-judgmental attitude and a compassionate approach towards client's experiences and personal challenges are essential.
