Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to enhance clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An independent mental health license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), is mandatory. Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make clinical assessments and develop effective treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills along with a compassionate and empathetic approach.

• Proficiency in clinical documentation and a high level of computer literacy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth or virtual therapy settings is preferred.
