Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with adult clients on a weekly basis through live video sessions, administering evidence-based interventions tailored to their individual needs.

• Utilize various digital platforms and tools to facilitate therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to enhance treatment plans and ensure comprehensive care.

• Employ systematically gathered client data from symptom self-assessments to monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust approaches accordingly.

• Participate in regular team meetings and consultations, seeking support when necessary, and contributing insights to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily be adult individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your role as a counselor is to provide compassionate support and facilitate healing by building a trusting therapeutic relationship, addressing individuality within treatment, and guiding clients toward self-awareness and self-improvement.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a prerequisite.

• Licensing: You must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in California as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
\n
• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on record.

• Highly developed skills in making clinical assessments, formulating treatment plans, and executing therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools required for telehealth practices, as well as proficient in documenting clinical notes online.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in delivering mental health services in a remote or telehealth format.

• A strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities and a preference for working within a collaborative therapeutic environment.

• Experience working with diverse clientele or specialized populations relevant to mental health care.

• Attractive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and client caseload.
