Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily serve elderly patients, many of whom face complex mental health challenges that require specialized approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Kansas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy, particularly with older adults.

• Proficient understanding of geriatric mental health issues, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective individual and family therapy in a geriatric context.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
