Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical and professional standards are consistently met.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
