Key Responsibilities\n

As a Therapist Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in a master’s program, offering guidance and feedback to enhance their clinical skills.

• Delivering psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, tailoring approaches to meet individual, couple, and family needs.

• Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals and community resources to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Our competitive compensation package includes:

• An annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, complemented by a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
