Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments geared towards understanding the unique needs of children and their families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring interventions based on each child’s developmental status and family concerns.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as a crucial member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently.
\n
• Facilitate insightful dialogue and provide meaningful support to families, ensuring they are informed and equipped to enhance their child’s developmental progress.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices when designing interventions.
\n
• Foster trust and rapport with children and families in order to create a productive and open learning environment.
\n
• Employ coaching models and natural environment teaching strategies to engage children meaningfully during sessions.
\n
• Comply with all organizational standards and regulations to maintain the integrity of services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on supporting children with disabilities or developmental delays, particularly those in their formative years. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for travel to various sites as needed.
