1. Bachelor's degree or above, with Japanese as the working language, strong communication skills, agile thinking, and logical reasoning.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, channel management, etc.
3. Strong market analysis and expansion capabilities, channel management capabilities, execution, communication and coordination skills, and open-minded
4. Diligent and responsible, good communication and coordination skills, with good adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
5. Willing to travel as needed. Position Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for promoting XGRIDS' solution proposals and business development activities targeting the construction industry, manufacturing industry, infrastructure operators, engineering companies, etc. Through dialogue with customers, you will gain a deep understanding of management and operational issues, and by proposing optimal solutions in collaboration with the technical team, you will aim to create medium- to long-term business value.

・顧客課題のヒアリングおよびソリューション提案

・経営層、事業責任者、技術責任者との関係構築

・製品デモンストレーションおよびPoC提案
