Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients' goals and needs to create customized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and mobility.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance patients' motion, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
• Develop innovative fitness and wellness programs specific to each patient, ensuring they align with their individual rehabilitation objectives.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to facilitate patient recovery.
• Motivate and guide clients through their treatment regimens, encouraging them to engage actively in their recovery process.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide a comprehensive treatment approach.
• Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist will significantly impact patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least two years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, with a focus on musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
