Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Knowledge of child speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy plans and activities under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Deliver direct and indirect services to students, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collect and document data related to student goals and progress
• Assist with screenings, assessments, and preparation of materials when needed
• Offer classroom support and collaborate with teachers and school staff regarding students’ communication needs
• Maintain a positive, encouraging therapeutic environment
