Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting middle school students during the 2026–2027 academic year as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic, engaging educational setting. This full-time, onsite opportunity focuses on serving a caseload of approximately 50 middle school students who require speech and language services. You’ll provide both direct therapy and vital support in evaluation, documentation, and collaboration with school staff and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous school-based experience, especially with middle school-aged students, is highly valued
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and maintaining thorough documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations, therapy, and goal implementation
• Participate in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, administrators, and families
• Maintain detailed records and adhere to compliance requirements
• Provide guidance and consultation to school staff regarding students’ communication needs
