Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful, full-time contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. In this dynamic role, you'll work onsite, guiding a caseload of approximately 40 students, delivering essential speech and language services while collaborating closely with educational staff and families.

What You'll Need:

• Active and valid Texas SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Expertise working with elementary-aged students
• Proven ability to conduct speech-language assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and provide both direct and consultative therapy
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation to commit to a full-time, onsite schedule (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students
• Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each student's needs
• Deliver effective direct therapy and indirect services as part of a collaborative educational team
• Partner with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Actively participate in team meetings and support overall student growth within the school community
