Key Responsibilities\n

In this LICSW position, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, adapting to each client’s preferences and requirements.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to ensure that treatment plans are effectively implemented and adjusted as necessary for optimal client care.

• Engage in regular consultations and peer reviews to cultivate a culture of learning and continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment alternatives, and available support resources to enhance their understanding and involvement in the care process.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field, integrating new research findings into your practice to enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our detox center serves a diverse clientele, including youth and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Many of our clients face complex issues rooted in trauma, addiction, and behavioral health concerns. As an LICSW, you will play a key role in addressing these challenges, aiding individuals in their recovery journeys and contributing to healthier family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
