Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to provide mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that suit each client's needs.

• Maintain a weekly caseload of at least 27 client visits for full-time clinicians, employing effective therapeutic techniques to foster client engagement and progress.
\n
• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and case notes in compliance with company protocols, ensuring that all documentation is completed promptly.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive mental health services for clients.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to set and achieve personal and emotional goals.
\n
• Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and contribute positively to organizational culture.

• Build and maintain positive, professional boundaries with clients to promote trust and facilitate successful therapy outcomes.

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including children and adolescents from various backgrounds, as well as their families. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current LMFT license in the state of New York is essential.
\n
• Proven experience in clinical documentation, including treatment plans and case notes.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members.
\n
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate timely submissions of documentation and related materials.
\n
• Experience working with diverse populations, respecting varied backgrounds and challenges of clients.

• Competent in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, particularly Valant, is highly advantageous.

• Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Vision in Mind Counseling Center offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications, alongside a sign-on bonus.
