You will join a team of dedicated professionals who collaborate regularly to share insights, strategies, and resources to enhance the counseling experience. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for aligned schedules and team cohesion.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to develop personalized therapeutic plans aimed at addressing their specific issues.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to track and monitor client progress effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) to facilitate seamless communication and care continuity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling role, demonstrating ability to handle a variety of client needs.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in managing client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
