Bliss Medical Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality telehealth services to clients from the comfort of their own homes. This full-time position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, complemented by a full benefits package. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating positive therapeutic outcomes for clients by delivering evidence-based interventions to a primarily stable and pre-screened patient population.

Work Environment

As a remote position, this role allows for flexibility and autonomy in managing your schedule. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of clients.
• Providing education and support to clients' families, fostering their involvement in the recovery journey.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborating with other treatment team members to ensure cohesive and integrated care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve are primarily adolescents and young adults with low acuity mental health issues. Each client has been pre-screened to ensure they present suitable challenges for therapy, allowing you to focus on delivering meaningful interventions without the complications associated with high-acuity cases. Your work will significantly impact the lives of these individuals, equipping them with the tools to cope and thrive.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the basic qualifications, ideal candidates will have:

• 2 to 3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering telehealth therapy effectively, particularly to adolescents and young adults.
• A willingness to engage in continuous professional development, particularly through training in our proprietary treatment methodologies known as care pathways.
• Strong technological proficiency, including the use of electronic health records (EHRs) and Google Suite tools.
