Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily provide guidance to low-acuity clients, many of whom may be experiencing transitional life phases, stress management issues, or seeking general emotional support. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
• Possession of a current and valid New York State license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and implement effective treatment strategies based on the specific needs of clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, alongside proficient computer literacy, to navigate electronic health records and video conferencing technology.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is preferred, with a focus on individual therapy.
• Experience in providing remote therapy services is advantageous, showcasing your adaptability in utilizing digital communication platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
