Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' psychological needs, strengths, and personal goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's situation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, tailored to effectively address the specific challenges and aspirations of clients.
• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions using a variety of modalities to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and significant life transitions.
• Work in tandem with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and social workers, to ensure holistic care and favorable client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working directly with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits
