This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, reflective of experience and hours worked.

Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing mental health counselors to work from home with a flexible schedule. Our team members can choose to work either full-time (more than 30 hours per week) or part-time (minimum of 5 hours per week). Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role focuses on working with stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health concerns. Clients may present with anxiety, depression, stress management issues, or adjustment disorders. Our counselors are trained to provide high-quality care that meets the requirements of varied backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and active state license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD that allows for independent practice.

• No history of disciplinary actions related to mental health practice.

• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.

• Proficient computer skills, with experience using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
