Lifeline Therapy Clinic is seeking a compassionate and culturally competent Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a full-time mental health counselor. Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, promoting flexibility and work-life balance for our therapists. You will collaborate closely with a connected and supportive interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, utilizing advanced telehealth technology designed to ensure seamless and confidential communication with patients. Your work schedule will primarily be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those from ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrant populations. Your expertise in culturally responsive therapy will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment where clients feel understood and empowered.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licenses: You must possess a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience in delivering individual and group therapy, ideally in a culturally responsive manner.

• Crisis Intervention Skills: Proven ability to manage crisis situations effectively while maintaining composure and utilizing therapeutic techniques.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
