Executive Chef / Senior Kitchen Manager - Premier Fine Dining Steakhouse

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision for one of our premier fine dining steakhouses. What You'll Lead
Deliver Culinary Excellence Every Service
- Lead a kitchen where every dish is executed with consistency, precision, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain uncompromising standards for flavor, presentation, temperature, timing, and portion integrity.
- Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen reflects the restaurant's commitment to excellence.

Champion Premium Ingredients & Scratch Cooking
- Build a culture that respects exceptional ingredients and thoughtful preparation.
- Ensure products are handled, prepared, and presented with the highest level of care.
- Partner with vendors to maintain outstanding product quality and consistency.
- Continually evaluate ingredients and preparation techniques to elevate the guest experience.
Build and Develop Exceptional Culinary Teams
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop talented chefs, sous chefs, and line cooks.
- Create an environment where accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning thrive.
- Lead by example through professionalism, organization, urgency, and culinary craftsmanship.
- Invest in the next generation of culinary leaders through coaching, training, and career development.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including preparation, production, execution, sanitation, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Maintain exceptional organization and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Ensure consistency across every station during every service.
- Create efficient systems that allow the team to execute at the highest level without compromising quality.
Own Financial Performance
- Manage food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen profitability.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while protecting product quality.
- Minimize waste through disciplined inventory practices and thoughtful production planning.
- Balance creativity with operational excellence and financial responsibility.
Partner in Creating Extraordinary Guest Experiences
- Collaborate closely with restaurant leadership to ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and dining room.
- Support an environment where culinary execution and hospitality work together to exceed guest expectations.
- Understand that every guest experience begins with what's delivered from the kitchen.
Never Stop Improving
- Stay current on culinary trends, premium ingredients, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Encourage innovation while protecting the integrity of the restaurant's culinary identity.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, consistency, and team performance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of culinary management experience , including 2+ years as an Executive Chef in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing culinary teams in a high-expectation environment.
- Passion for premium ingredients, exceptional presentation, and flawless execution.
- Strong understanding of steakhouse operations, classic culinary techniques, and fine dining standards.
- Demonstrated success managing food cost, labor, inventory, and kitchen financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
