Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions to clients of varying ages, emphasizing person-centered care and evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, utilizing our electronic medical records system.

• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments, ensuring that all clients have a consistent and accessible therapeutic experience.

• Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care plans and share important updates regarding client progress; actively participate in team meetings.

• Utilize our billing service for claims processing and accounts receivable, allowing you to focus entirely on client care without administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our hospice center environment allows you to work closely with clients and their families during one of the most sensitive and emotional times in their lives. You will engage with a wide array of clinical presentations, addressing mental health challenges, grief, and coping strategies. A strong emphasis is placed on providing empathetic support to ensure clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Must be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) able to practice independently.

• Establish and maintain professionalism, with excellent therapeutic boundaries and communication skills.

• Culturally competent and self-motivated, demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Availability for a minimum of 40 hours a week, including two evenings a week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience working with couples and families.

• Previous work experience in a hospice or grief counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
