Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele at Peaceful Perspective Life Coaching Center consists of adults who have been pre-screened and are experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. This means you will not be handling severe cases, allowing you to focus on clients who are seeking guidance for issues such as anxiety, mild depression, relationship challenges, or stress management. Clients will be matched with you based on your areas of specialization and demographic preferences, ensuring that you can deliver the most effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a full license to practice independently, such as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $115,000 to $130,000 annually, dependent on hours worked and experience level. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support overall well-being. Compensation is disbursed through weekly direct deposits, ensuring financial stability.
