Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

Your practice will primarily involve supporting clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

• A genuine sense of empathy and a non-judgmental approach, facilitating a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a case load and meet documentation and administrative deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
