Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in achieving stress reduction, relaxation, and overall well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to uncover each client's unique stressors, personal challenges, and therapy goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to fit those needs.

• Guide clients through a variety of mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathwork, to support self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness techniques, stress reduction strategies, and building resilience among participants.

• Integrate mindfulness elements into tailored individual therapy sessions, effectively addressing specific mental health issues presented by clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
