Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing, striving to improve their mental health through effective therapeutic techniques.

• Encourage open dialogue about emotions and experiences, fostering clients’ self-awareness and deeper understanding of their relationships and challenges.

• Act as an advocate for clients, working collaboratively with them to define their therapeutic goals and ensure their voices are heard in the treatment planning process.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions and structure individualized treatment plans using evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements while minimizing your administrative workload, as we manage billing and paperwork for you.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Full licensure to practice independently in New York State is mandatory; acceptable licenses include LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential for creating a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology and virtual platforms for counseling and administrative tasks.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic capabilities, along with experience managing your independent caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Wholeness Rediscovered Behavioral Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive salary structure, with annual earnings of USD 90,000 – 100,000 for full-time roles. Part-time positions are available with proportional compensation.
